Die Anlage ist super. Wir waren allerdings an 1 Tag im Familienzimmer untergebracht weil unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Die Betten waren steinhart und wir waren froh das wir nur eine Nacht dort verbrachten . In den nächsten 2 Nächten waren wir in unserer gebuchten Zimmer. Hier war auch ein TV mit Netflix und andere Sender allerdings funktionieren die nicht weil das Hotel weil es ein Hotel WLan ist. Dementsprechend vielleicht nett gedacht aber leider ohne Funktion.

Today, I have landed back home after spending amazing week at this family-run hotel. I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.

Booked last minute, liked the look of the location. Better than hoped for. All amenities close, shops, buses, bars and restaurants. Off the main road, so quiet. Lovely pool area, nice room for budget range. Beach and main town both close. For the price, hard to fault. Would definitely go again.

Ich habe diese Hotel mit Frühstück bei Trip gebucht. Öffnungszeiten der Reception bis 24.00. Alles wurde bestätigt. Bei der Ankunft war die Reception nicht besetzt, ich meldete mich via WhatsApp wie beschrieben. Glücklicherweise kam des Besitzer‘ Frau mit dem Auto an. Sie leben auch dort.  Via ihrem Telefon erfuhr ich vom Besitzer, dass das Hotel geschlossen sei. Mit ihm vereinbarte ich, dass wir die Nacht bleiben dürfen, aber ohne Frühstück. Er wollte mir die Differenz der €11 nicht zurückgeben. Ich solle mich beim Anbieter melden. Das versuchte ich dann auch. Man wollte mich mit €6 abspeisen. Wie kann man ein Hotel anbieten, dass geschlossen ist!
